UDBHAV- INDUCTION PROGRAM 2023-2024
VSPM Madhuribai Deshmukh Institute of Nursing Education has organized an induction program named as UDBHAV for BSc. Nursing students Semester I. It was a three day program from 10/10/2023 to 12/10/2023.
The whole program was well planned by NET unit & under the guidance of Dr. Asha Shimgekar, Nursing Director & Dr. Amrapali Gajbhiye, Principal.
Different sessions were scheduled which were apart from the syllabus, to help students to get acquainted with new environment.
The positive feedback from students encouraged all faculties to organize such more programs.

“EMERGENCY & DISASTER MANAGEMENT”
VSPM Madhuribai Deshmukh Institute of Nursing Education ( NET UNIT)has organized a value added course on vigilance : need of the hour Emergency and disaster management for .BSc Nursing Semester III & IV students. It was a two day program from 11/06/2024 to 12/06/2024. Along with different session on Emergency &Disaster Management, followed by mock drill on fire safety was conducted for all students and staff.First day Program started with the inauguration ceremony done by Dr.Amrapali Gajbhiye, Prof cum Principal VSPM MDINE followed by lamp lighting. Pre test was taken.Thereafter, resource persons had delivered lecture based on theme.
Second day started with activity session followed by lectures delivered by various resource persons. In afternoon, mock drill on fire safety management was planned. Guest Lecture on fire safety was taken by Mrs.Bhaghyshree Tongse Fire Officer Municipal Council Wadi and Mr Vanesh Mate fire officer Lata Mangeshkar Hospital Hingna Nagpur.Activity session was planned on triage and hospital emergency code. Post test was conducted at the end of program. Program was concluded with feedback and vote of thanks.
